Residency fee payment

The residency fee amount can be different based on the room type you select. Your exact amount is announced on the confirmation letter we have sent via email.

Please note the amount due on your letter.

Cancellations, refunds and payment failures

• Confirmation fees are not refunded within three months of your planned arrival.
• 50% refund is made for cancellations with more than 3 months notice.
• If fees are not paid before the stated time, your space will be offered to others.
